Are you licensed and fully insured?

Yes, Collins Junk Removal LLC is fully licensed and insured. You can have complete peace of mind knowing your property is protected while our crew handles the heavy lifting, loading, and cleanup.

How much does junk removal cost and are estimates free?

All estimates are 100% free! Our pricing is primarily based on the volume of space your items take up in our truckload or dump trailer load. For large jobs requiring a roll-off dumpster, we provide an upfront in-person assessment quote. You can also text or email us photos for a quick estimate.

Do I need to be on-site for the appointment?

No, you do not need to be on-site. As long as your items are accessible (such as in a driveway, yard, or designated area) and we have confirmed your quote and payment details, our team can take care of the entire haul without you having to take time off work.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Lake Hallie, New Richmond, Hudson, River Falls, Roberts, and surrounding communities. We are also available to travel further for larger cleanout projects.

What happens to items after they are picked up?

We strive to keep landfill waste to a minimum. Any items that are still in usable or good condition are donated to local charities or recycled. Anything that cannot be saved is disposed of properly and responsibly.

What types of cleanouts and items do you handle?

We remove furniture, appliances, renovation debris, moving leftovers, eviction and property cleanout clutter, estate cleanouts, auction buys, and general garage, attic, or basement junk. We do the loading and clean up after ourselves.

Are there oversized items or items with special fees?

We handle heavy and oversized items regularly. Quotes for oversized pieces or items requiring special handling are discussed and confirmed during your free estimate so there are never any surprise charges.
